We are looking for our next Professional Development Manager to join our team in Linköping. Professional Development exists to support Securitas Direct Sweden; assure available and scalable systems and deliver new functionality meeting their needs today and tomorrow. To be able to support new challenges when it comes to new business opportunities, find new ways of working and maximize efficiency in the team we need you. You will have approximately 10 employees reporting to you.

What you bring
You will contribute with your previous experience of managing a team of developers, preferably in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment. We believe that you have a University Degree in Technology. Experience of agile ways of working is meritorious and seen as an advantage.
You are a people person who is driven by building strong relationships, both with employees and stakeholders. Your mindset is permeated by innovation and team building. You have proven experience of engaging your team members, something you feel passionate about. Furthermore, others have described you as an enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
