We are currently looking for someone who will be:
Production leader
We are looking for someone who:
Will be responsible for and develope the practical part of our production:
• Planning and fullfilling daily production tasks
• Training and development of production staff
• Focus on Safety
• Follow up KPI
• Be support for Quality department
• Technial maintianence
Qualifications:
• Higher education within food processing
• Experience from food industry, (can compensate for demand for higher education)
• Language: Scandinavian and English fluently
• Good understanding of production
• Good understanding of technical production machinery
Personal characteristics:
• "Self-going" with high working capacity
• Ability to create good relationships and trust
• Systematic and disciplined, working smart and long-term
• Great learning willingness and keen to stay up to date in the field
Other:
• Some travelling will have to be expected within Europe.
