production and delivery of processing components. The Product Portfolio consists
of homogenizers, high-pressure pumps, separators, heat exchangers, systems
components, plant components and control panels. We are 230 employees and
situated in Lund. Central Supply Management (CSM) within Processing
Solutions is looking for a Product Manager for Integrated Components. You will
be a part of the Plant Components team, globally driving your commodity group
and take on the role as commodity expert and advisor. Managing our
product portfolio is fundamental to ensure a profitable business and
consequently it is one of the team's roles to take full ownership of the product
portfolio. The task is challenging of getting our units worldwide to use one
global standard portfolio and also stimulating with objectives committed by the
company management. The global volumes are substantial and your efforts will be
imperative fulfilling the overall objectives. Your main
responsibilities will be to: - Lead you commodity group through a global
network of users and clients. - Be the driver of global standardizations
and continuous improvement of the portfolio and your commodity group. -
Introduce, nurse and withdraw products in order to optimize growth and
competitiveness of the assortment in the most cost effective way. - Collect
and build-up knowledge and experience about the products available on the market
and their needs across the organization, globally. - Drive information,
product training and knowledge build-up in business units and clusters.
Kvalifikationer You have relevant education within the area,
but even more important is that you have several years of experience in the
technical field of technical components. Food process knowledge is qualifying.
As a person you are a driver and have a social personality. You have
the ability to work as a project leader, team player and within networks. You
must also be able to communicate effectively in English at all levels and have
cultural sensitivity. A commercial awareness is also a must. For
