Today the group produces the Snus brand Al Capone and the Tobacco Derived Nicotine Product on!. Our intention in the very near future is to expand the Smokeless Tobacco Category (Snus and Tobacco Derived Nicotine Product) availability into new and viable markets around the world and strongly grow sustainable market and value share over the years to come.

As an integral part of the Production strategy and process, the role of the packaging line employee is crucial to the quality of the products and the achievement of the quantitative daily production output. The success of this role heavily depends on the process oriented work flow, precision and capacity of the individual. The Packaging Line Employee is responsible from filling the snus pouches into the can/bags, up to the sealing of the can/bag, filling the cans/bags into the outer boxes and make the product ready for sale/shipment. An important element of the daily task is the quality control at every stage of the packaging process where the employee is responsible to assure optimal product quality for his area.
Din profile
We believe that you have worked 3-5 years as a production packer, preferably in a FMCG or pharma oriented company. You are very handy and have multi-tasking skills. You are a self-starter with the ability to be "team player" and to motivate your colleagues. For the right person there are very good opportunities to grow and develop, and gain more responsibility as the production increases. You are good with English language, both orally and in writing.
