The Coil Coatings Sweden BU of Industrial Coatings is positioned to develop, manufacture and market the products that fall within the Global Industrial Finishes portfolio for the Swedish market.
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
To oversee both quality assurance and production activities on the plant, ensuring that all quality and production targets are achieved while maintaining a safe working environment.
Co-ordinate activities in the manufacturing plant and environment so that all safety standards are achieved and the HS&E objectives are met.
Ensure all operators follow procedures within company standards so that quality standards are met.
Co ordinate all daily production activities and direct labour within the manufacturing plant ensuring production targets are met.
Co-ordinate activities and be proactive in areas of maintenance within the manufacturing plant and environment so that the reliability of production equipment is maintained and process problems are rectified in a timely manner.
Train and manage operators in a range of specified tasks (safety, quality procedures, etc.) within Akzo Nobel standards ensuring productivity and efficiency gains are achieved and performance standards are met
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Higher studies in Engineering. Supervisory/management experience (5years minimum) Experience in Coil Manufacturing (or similar). Familiarity with manufacturing processes in industry and understanding of lean manufacturing principles
