Product Owner - Viz One
Vizrt are looking for an experienced Product Owner for their Viz One product. Viz One is a product/platform that allows users to easily manage all of the video assets from every department. Viz One provides one tool to search, edit, and publish media for all your teams-both local and remote. The system automatically moves media, performs retention, and provides intuitive proxy tools. As Product Owner for Viz One, you will have a strong voice in shaping a product used every day by thousands of broadcast journalists all over the globe.
As Product Owner, you will:
Drive the development end-to-end of the product and ensure the backlog is up to date and in sync with current priorities, in collaboration with multiple scrum teams
Articulates detailed user stories and requirements, owns quality of delivery, participates in daily scrum rituals, and answers questions as the customer representative
Follow up releases and other deliverables
Drive the streamlining of data model and architecture in collaboration with architects and development teams
Ensure that the Viz One product integrate seamlessly into the overall Vizrt platform
Identify opportunities for new features unlocked by improvements to the technical platform
Work closely with the Product Manager and development teams for Viz One to shape and execute the future of the product
Vizrt expects that the person they are looking for will have:
Experience as a Product Owner or similar role
A thorough understanding of the media industry and the needs of broadcasters and journalists
A solid technical foundation
The ability to understand and discuss the merits and consequences of different architecture and implementation options
Strong communication skills
Focus on delivering value to our customers
