Publiceringsdatum2010-03-23Dina arbetsuppgifterProduct introduction management (PIM) is a unit within BNET supply organization. The unit is responsible for securing all supply-chain adaptation activities for BNET throughout the product lifecycle, including supply chain definition, product introduction, maintenance and phase out. PIM Radio is working with radio products – GSM, WCDMA and LTE.
The PIM production test development (PTD) project manager is responsible for the development and implementation of test solutions in Ericsson's RBS supply sites world wide. The projects are included in the R&D development projects, which require a close cooperation with RBS supply (production sites,. design departments and I&V (integration & verification).
PIM PTD project managers have responsibility from TG1-TG5. The work includes traditional project management tasks such as planning and managing the project feasibility and execution phase including budget control and resource planning. Especially important is the ability to represent, speak and act on a appropriate level within the technical range of SW implementation, HW implementation and system integration.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We desire a university degree, preferably a master/bachelor of science degree or equivalent.
Requested competence:
• you have a good knowledge of project management
• you have a lot of drive to overcome obstacles that may come in your way and an eager to see results
• proven performance in project target achievements within given time and cost frames
• you have leadership talent and good skills in co-operation across organizational borders
• you have the ability to coach a team of subproject managers and to manage several internal/external interfaces
• good technical skills and experience in electronics, programming (e.g C++, C#) and system integration is also an advantage.
It is an advantage if you have experience in supply chain management.
