We are looking for the next generation Volvo Cars professionals
Starting with a one-year training program, Volvo Cars in Olofström now hires 10 recently graduated individuals. The program will provide you with a unique opportunity to learn and develop professionally and personally and to get a thorough introduction to Volvo Cars. During your first year with us you will participate in training modules, assignments and introductions in various areas of our company. You will also be assigned a personal mentor who will follow you throughout the first year and support your personal and professional development.
As PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN STAMPING you will run a structured improvement work together with production management and production staff in order to fulfill our goal to be "Best in class". If you like taking initiatives, are structured and cooperates with others to achieve the goals of the production you are the one we are looking for. You have an eye for the production process and are being enthusiastic in you role as production technician. If you are interested in continuous improvements, technical analyses and documentation of process data you are the one we are looking for.
Job profile:
• Make the production more effective regarding cost, time and quality
• Identify and analyse problems in production
• Implement solutions in order to optimise the production process
• Continuous process improvements
• Run smaller investments projects
Your profile:
• Interested or knowledge in PLC
• Appropriate Bachelor's or Master's degree within last three years
• Integrity, courage and personal energy
• Openness to change
• Inclusiveness
• Good judgment
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish, oral and written
