Tjänstebeskrivning
As a production technician at our client, you will work in a close team with others to produce equipment and tools used in bioprinting and other life-science applications. The work includes everything between soldering electronics, mechanical assembly and packing of the product. And as a part of the Production team, you will work closely with the Design transfer, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality control and the Customer care and repairs teams, to make sure to deliver products of top quality in a timely manner.
You will also take part in the LEAN and sustainability continuous improvement work. You will be reporting to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Operate, use, troubleshoot and test a variety of machinery and tools to produce a quality product.
• Ensure compliance with quality control established procedures and standards.
• Effectively participate in changeovers and continuously improve on target times and ways of working efficiently.
• Work as a high-performance team member supporting all aspects of team performance.
• Contribute to the training of other Technicians as needed.
• Follow assembly manuals and working directions efficiently.
• Contribute in measurements to track efficiencies to identify and implement continuous improvement efforts.
• Recording deviations according to set routines
• Accomplish organizational vision and mission by being an active member of the community and deliver results expected in the position given.
The job (employment) is a hire recruitment, starting 2022-03-28.
Working hours 7-16, Monday - Friday
To begin with, the assignment is for 6 months, after that, the employment can be transferred to our client.
Publiceringsdatum2022-03-10KvalifikationerWe are looking for you who have an excellent understanding of manufacturing and testing methods/procedures. Probably you have some technical education. It 's important that you have a technical interest. You have strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies and you are also analytical and detail oriented. You will be a part of a team, so it 's important that you have a great team spirit. You need to have good computer skills, especially MS Office and good English skills, both spoken and written.
