Everything will be done according to our production system includes all its principles, Standardized working method, RTM, Andon and Visualization and is based on the combined experience, the new technology and not least your personal profile.
You are offered to take part in an exciting journey and during a build-up phase, the emphasis is on developing your own competence within the business area. You will take a crucial part in skills development of the new team members regarding the casting area.
What you'll do?
As a Production Specialist for casting in VCT you will ensure that the plant is involved in setting up new production processes and layouts to ensure an efficient flow-oriented process. As part of the team, you will start up the new process and ensure a flawless launch. Your key task is to support the new production team with knowledge and coaching them to success alongside support the production team in engineering questions and prepare for production. New tasks and changes are to be expected as we go along.
Do you fit the profile?
You have experience from foundry production set-up and launching of new Products and + 10 years of experience from production environment of casted components alongside experience from Lean Production.
As a person you have good communication and training skills and are highly experienced to work in global and multi-cultural diversity environment. You actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels. To collaborate with people is for you to build partnerships with others so that you together can meet shared objectives. You are a real team player that easily gaining the confidence and trust of others through showing honesty, integrity, and authenticity in all matters. Alongside this you are that kind of person that consistently achieving results, even when tough circumstances occur.
