• Optimize, expand and ensure continuous running of the Swedish production operations in Åby and starting up a new site in the South of Sweden.
• Improve, train further and develop staff and services, equipment, yields and hygiene.
• Responsible for plant and offices security, internal control and ISO 9001 and 14001 and keep all technical documentation updated.
• Primary contact with Swedish authorities and manage pro-actively local and national authorities contact with regards to permits, insurance, mandatory registrations and environmental reporting.
• Participate in production, business and conceptual innovation with the DK and NOR sister units.

• Professional leaders, efficient, energetically creating a successful team and securing gradual improvements via innovative initiatives so we maintain our Scandinavian market leader position.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English and Swedish (other languages are an asset)
• Good autonomous and self organizational skills, flair for planning, co-ordination, controlling, reporting, set and keep dead lines.
• Technical experience/degree from industrial liquid production and quality systems (production or engineering).
• Knowledge of oil production equipment such as tanks, pumps, valves, filters, piping.
