The position we offer
For our Production Services team we are looking for more people experienced within IT production coordination and execution. The Production Services team is a part of the common Production Assurance unit in IT Group Functions, as a part of the Integrated Data and Reporting Value Chain.
The Production Services team manage and drives IT deliveries in close cooperation with a large community of people from business, IT and partner organisations in matters related to both development and daily operations.
As a member of Production Services team you will conduct, drive and coordinate activities across business and IT units together with our external vendors. Run and drive production preparations (production planning, critical periods, on-call scheduling) and follow up. Keep overview and drive incident & problem Management. Perform tactical and operational production governance. You will also work with project like tasks related to strategic initiatives aiming to improve IT maturity and support simplification.
Production Assurance unit is a common and central function responsible for centralised tasks related to operations for ITGF?s services for the Group reporting flows. This include preparation and follow up of IT production, monitoring and status reporting of IT production, incident and problem management, deployment to production and service reporting and analytics of our IT services.
The qualifications you need
• You have knowledge and experience in ITIL; Incident, Problem and Change Management processes with minimum equivalent to 3 years fulltime experience at large to medium sized companies.
• You have knowledge and experience of large data warehouse implementations, preferable using Teradata, Data stage and TWS.
• You have a strong ability to keep the overview and be able to stay positive and constructive in situations with high pressure and expectations from many stakeholders.
• You have professional communication skills (written and spoken) in English. You are good at communicating and have experience from a role with communication spanning both an IT and business community.
• You have the ability to understand complex IT environments and dependencies between systems and data flows.
As a person you are out going, service minded and have an optimistic outlook and approach to your surroundings. You have a doer mentality and are able to perform even in times when the workload peaks. You contribute to the improvement of robustness and quality of applications to secure a reliable, scalable and up-to-date product environment.
