As Production Scheduler you will be responsible of creating production plans for the factory based on the capacity and material on the lines. The purpose of the role is to create plans that allows the factory to receive good efficiency, maximum use of available capacity and avoid stops in production. The company is an expansive organization working within the field of production which recently has begun a global expansion with new markets.
You will be part of a fast paced and innovative company and the role requires a large amount of personal responsibility, project engagement and developmental skills. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a well-established team and the chance to use both your analytical and creative sides. You will be part of the Scheduling team and report directly to the Scheduling Manager. This role offers fantastic visibility and insight of the factory and a chance to interact with senior stakeholders.
In the role as Production Scheduler some of your main responsibilities will be;
• Scheduling and creating daily plans for the factory
• Create, modify and update the operation plan
• Recognize and suggest changes to daily capacity
• Coordinate production schedules and activities with operation staff
• Create documents and sheets in Excel
This role is a full-time position with start date ASAP.
Your profile
We believe that you hold a degree in a related field or have some years of experience within manufacturing or production planning. Furthermore, you have demonstrated experience within proficiency analyzing data, problem identification and ability to concise reports.
Furthermore, we see that you are highly motivated and engaged and thrives in a dynamic and business oriented setting. You have a flexible and agile mindset with the ability of adjusting to changes and new processes. As you will be working within an international organization, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English and feel comfortable to communicate with internal as well as external partners.
Important for the role:
• Experience within production or production planning
• Demonstrated experience of creating reports
• High analytical and numerical skills
• Strong collaboration and communicative skills
• Knowledge of both English and Swedish
