The job:
We are hiring a Production Quality Leader for the Production Allergy department to join our department that manufacture the ImmunoCAP products that are used as an aid in diagnosis of allergic diseases.
How will you make an impact?
In this role you will support the manufacturing units in their quality work. The main task will be to secure that the right quality of our products are delivered to our customers by following our QMS (Quality Management System) with Non-Conformities and CAPA's.
In order to increase the flexibility of quality work between the different manufacturing units you will collaborate closely with the other Quality Leaders within the department to align and develop the quality processes within Production Allergy.
The job also involves developing and improving the instructions and procedures for the QMS work and also, mentoring and educating to improve the overall awareness and knowledge of our QMS among all employees in Production Allergy so that they all feel comfortable in working with our QMS in their day-to daywork.
The company and the department work with Lean Manufacturing and therefore key figures and visualization of goals and activities are important work tools.
How will you get there?
You will have a university degree with a chemistry/chemical engineering or natural science focus. In addition, you have experience of working according to QSR and ISO. Experience of quality work within the pharmaceutical/medical technology industry is a requirement and of LEAN work is advantageous.
It is important to be quality conscious, have good collaboration skills and enjoy supporting change and finding new ways of working. Also, to have interest in developing other people.
To succeed in the role, you should be a committed quality leader with the ability to lead change from start to finish. As a quality leader, you are interested in establishing relationships within the team and with other groups and functions within the company. A good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English is a prerequisite for the position.
