www.cellink.com.Production quality control employee is responsible for maintaining CELLINK quality standards by approving incoming materials and products for/from production and following documentation routines. Equipped with excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Quality inspection of materials and products
Following testing and documentation routines
Operating with calibrated equipment according to standards
Maintaining safe work environment by following standards, procedures and complying with legal regulations
Accomplish organizational vision and mission by being an active member of the community and deliver results expected in the position given
Work as a high-performance team member by supporting colleagues and continuously improving ways of working
Effectively participate in changeovers and fast adaptation to new routines
Requirements and qualifications
A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Initiative and motivation for continuous improvement
Good computer skills, especially MS Office
Strong communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Orderly documentation recording and maintenance
Able to communicate and follow instructions in English
Bonus points
2+ years of experience in production environment
Understanding of manufacturing and testing methods/procedures
Ability to explain and teach methodologies
