Senseair actively works with two of the most challenging problems in society today: reliable alcohol screening and poor air quality.
Every year alcohol is responsible for the death of 2.5 million people around the world. Besides this a great number of injuries and trauma are left out of the statistics. Senseairs alcohol screening device is developed together with a group of leading automobile manufacturers and the US government to develop next generations "invisible" and better accepted technology for the discovery of alcohol in vehicles.
The invisible gas carbon dioxide doesn't only affect our environment and the Earths' atmosphere - our modern-day lifestyle entails spending around 92% of our lives indoors which in turn increases the importance of good air quality for our ability to work and act. You can find Senseair's air measurement solutions in buildings, vehicles, environmental stations, medical applications, life boats, factories, mines etc.
In April 2018, Asahi Kasei Group Company bought the company and has chosen to invest in the Swedish business. Today about 170 employees work nationally within the company distributed over Delsbo, Kista and Västerås. Internationally Senseair can be found in Chengdu, Chicago and Dusseldorf.

The role as master planner means that you, on an overall level, plan both the production and incoming material and develop work methods to balance the prognoses. You call for planning meetings where you, among other things, discuss investment and inventory calculations. The work means that you have a lot of contact internally to get and give information to others in and outside of the department. Based on the prognoses you are responsible for the optimal inventory as well as production volumes and the amount of personnel needed. This to secure the production and delivery according to plan. In addition to production planning, you are responsible for agreements with customers and customers' orders.
The job requires continuous development of production and processes. Documentation will be pervasive through everything to create structure and a good basis for follow-ups. You are part of the construction and implementing of new work methods to elevate the future production for a more future-proof platform.
KvalifikationerEducation, experience & personal qualities
• Completed high school degree / completed upper secondary education preferably within economics with a few years' experience with main planning
• Academic degree within industrial economy, logistics or equivalent is meritorious
• Experience from logistics and/or production planning within a high-volume industry with a broad product flora
• Understanding, at a strategic level, product mix, lead time, machine capacity and influence of volume dependencies in manufacturing against customer orders
• Good knowledge and experience with ERP-system. Monitor is meritorious
• You have a good understanding of financial parameters within production and material supply
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbal and writing
Personality
To succeed in the role as master planner you are flexible, structured and communicative. You feel comfortable in your role and you are not afraid to speak up, make decisions and communicate these. When problem arises, you prefer to face them creatively and work towards solutions you believe in. You share your experiences, are responsive and cooperative but at the same time able to stand your ground.

About the assignment: This is a consultant assignment and you will be employed by Bravura, working as a consultant at Seneair. Both Bravuras and Senseairs goal is that you will be employed directly by Senseair in the future, providing that the collaboration and assignment went well.
