We are looking for a skilled Production Planner with a specialization in capacity planning and analytics. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and meeting our production targets. This is a new role where you will be in the driving seat having great opportunities to impact and shape the way of working. The Order & Planning team within Processing Solutions and Equipment (PSE) leads a sustainable supply chain, by sourcing, producing, and delivering competitive and industry-leading processing solutions and equipment to the food & beverage industry.
The position is permanent, and you will be located in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As Production Planner, you will focus on:
Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning process for the production center and convert supply plan into capacity for the factories. Set capacity requirements and follow the capacity adaptation.
Support and drive data quality, as well as creating and maintaining reports in Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production specifications and align production plans with overall business objectives.
Proactively identify and address capacity constraints, recommending solutions to optimize production efficiency.
We believe you have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field
Basic knowledge in Power BI and data visualisation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
You are fluent in English, Swedish is a merit
We believe that you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-driven professional with a positive attitude focusing on finding solutions and you enjoy to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to take initiatives comes natural to you and you do not accept "we have always done it like this" as a valid argument. Furthermore, you have a strong mindset to improve and simplify to make your own and others work more productive and efficient.
