Aurobay is looking for a Production Planner. As a Production Planner, you are always involved in everyday challenges. You will be a part of a team of 14 people, who work to meet and contribute to Aurobay's goals. The role includes to ensure customers' needs by laying production plans that meet our efficiency goals. You will work in dialogue with our customers, production lines, logistics and our supply chain controller.

What Will You Do?
As a Production Planner you work individually and in teams. You will collaborate with Customers, Superintendents, Supervisors, Technicians and Supply Chain Coordinators. We believe that you have knowledge of lean production and understand what is required to contribute to these conditions. You will use our own developed planning system but will use SAP S4 within a year. You will be an important part of getting the right engine to the right customer at the right time. You have a passion for development and drive improvements. Good knowledge of production processes and logistics.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have the ability to develop and execute effective production plans, work proactively with your colleagues in our team and production, and understand what you add to the cost-effectiveness of our products. You must also have a great knowledge of excel.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. with focus on Logistics or other equivalent field with relevant experience. We are looking for you who are motivated, with great communication abilities and careful and precis approach towards given responsibilities. The role will challenge your creativity and openness which means that you should be initiative, self-driven and flexible. The role needs experience of industrial systems, procedures and organizations with innovativeness and some leadership experience that we can develop.
