AIM Sweden AB is a growing innovation company specializing in industrial Additive Manufacturing, also referred to as 3D printing. Our mission is to help customers in selected target markets to capture the full potential of Additive Manufacturing. We do that by supporting the customer from initial idea, through feasibility studies, application development and qualification to serial production we call that journey Production through Knowledge.
Our customers are found in various industrial segments while our primary focus is Orthopedics and Molded Fiber. We are ISO9001 and ISO13485 certified and provide serial production of orthopedic implants. A high-quality standard is the foundation of everything we do.
Job description: You will be part of a small group of production operators, responsible for our daily operations in production. All activities in production are supported by a group of highly qualified AM specialists.
Your daily duties will include machine preparations, machine re-loading, post-processing, measuring and visual inspection of manufactured parts, handling of powder, maintenance and troubleshooting of advanced 3D printers and other production. You will also be encouraged to contribute with ideas for improvements of processes and methods used as well as improvements of work instructions.
As a production operator you will become a part of a young and growing company and you will have a chance to contribute with prior industry experience as well as build up a deep understanding of Additive Manufacturing.
Production of orthopedic implants has rigorous quality requirements, why it is important that all employees are well-structured and are willing to take responsibility to follow documented work instructions and routines. As we are a small company it is also important that you are flexible and willing to adopt new and/or modified tasks.
Requirements:
We are looking for a person who is motivated and curious to be part of young and growing company to build our future.
The ideal candidate is a practical person with prior industry experience from machining workshops. Knowledge in vacuum systems, compressed air and gas systems, high and low voltage electrical systems is beneficial. Prior experience from Additive Manufacturing is of course of significant value, but not a requirement.
