ABOUT THE JOB
You will play a vital role in future development of our factory in Lunnarp, Skåne. As a Production Manager you will manage our production packaging team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on all levels. As a Production Manager you're autonomous in managing your team to meet market ambitions by organization and coordination of production, operative maintenance and progress activities.
You will be a part of the factory management team working closely with the two other Production Managers and report to our Factory Manager.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Developing and managing the production packaging team about approx.. 30 FTEs.
Lead and coach the team towards Operational Excellence through Best Practices and Manufacturing Standards.
Apply Lean methodology to identify and analyse losses to drive long term improvement.
Accountable for basic systems implementation and execution in your area.
Ensure quality of packaging production and work closely with other departments to deal with customer service agreements.
Manage the budget of the production area as well as work environment responsibilities.
ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful you have:
University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and/or Industrial Economics.
Strong knowledge and hands on experience of implementing Lean/TPM methods.
Solid experience of leading people and coaching employees in management level.
Proven strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in production site in strategical function with in depth understanding of factory financials with the ability to steer appropriate decision making.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and English.
Team player attitude with the ability to drive change by engaging and inspiring key stakeholders.
