hela Sverige Are you experienced and interested in working with Datawarehouse and SQL? Are you familiar with working with SCRUM or AGILE? Do you possess both a technical and business-oriented approach? Do you see yourself in a role that is responsible for developing and maintaining monitoring tools and operational excellence, monitoring and reporting events, facilitating service failure resolution and automating operational tasks with other production team members.
As a Production Manager you will be an important part of the Mash service operations team and report directly to their Head of Service Operations. You will be located at the Stockholm office.
Arbetsbeskrivning
You will get the possibility to be in charge of monitoring, react and investigate operational and suspicious events, report and track incidents and bugs found in production resolution, coordinate internal and external resources in relation to incident resolution and automate operational tasks. You will also continually work with different approval projects.
This role demands an interest in the core business, effective communication with different units both internally and externally is crucial. You will additionally get the chance to work closely with developers.
Kvalifikationer och egenskaper
Relevant candidates will demonstrate an ability to develop networks and relations both internally and externally. A track record of ensuring cooperation between different roles and functions. You are self-driven and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
The nature of the role requires a natural troubleshooter, someone who approaches problems with logic and an analytic. You embrace change and move with it, a person who feels at home in a fast-moving and fast-growing company. We are looking for a genuine Team player with great interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is a requirement, other European languages beneficial.
Om företaget
• Relevant upper secondary level education,
• Strong business knowledge within the fields of E-Commerce, Banking or Finance.
• Good understanding of SQL and databases,
• Experience from writing IT specifications from business requirements.
You have previous experience from working in projects, sound MS Office skills, especially Excel. Previous experience of working with documentation and ticketing systems is beneficial (for example wiki, JIRA).
