You will
Our production and development site is in Lund and as our Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and service including managing employees, production, efficiency and safety, as well as liaising with our Sales and Development departments. We have established a Lean production and your focus will be to continue the work and develop further. You will support the organization with your expertise, analyzing all facets of production and liaising with the team to develop plans that improve production output, costs and delivery time. Besides running and managing the day-to-day operations you will be expected to manage supplier management, product quality, safety and on-time shipping. The well-being of your team-members will naturally be a focal point.
You will also work with:
• hands-on-involvement in production and service
• coordinate service and maintenance of the products
• reporting of materials linked to completed manufacturing orders
You will be part of the management team and report directly to our CEO.
Your profile
We believe that you are an experienced production leader with expertise in Lean where your approach is process-oriented and characterized by structure and quality thinking. Your ability to lead, develop and motivate your team will be an important part of the role and your good sense of control over production and internal logistics is also important. You are a good communicator and can interact with colleagues within the company as well as with external contractors.
Since we are a smaller high-tech company, flexibility and a problem-solving mindset will be important. This means you can work operationally and thus be involved in the day-to-day business as well as strategically develop plans for how we can develop and improve production processes, quality, lead times, safety, cost levels and personnel. Ability to make decisions under pressure and in fast-paced environment is also important. You are also fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
