Hylte Mill is located alongside the Nissan river on the forested border between the province Halland and Småland. Our production facilities are centrally located in Hylte Community. We are one of the largest private employer in Halland with our 400 employees. At our mill, we produce standard Newsprint and is part of the Stora Enso group. Our 2 paper machines have a production capacity of 470.000 tons per year. Hylte Mill was founded, 1907 and is today one of Stora Ensos 3 newsprint producers within the division of Paper that delivers newsprint to printing houses worldwide. The main market is Europe but the products are provided globally.
Job Description

Do you believe that motivated employees are the key for success? Stora Enso is now looking for a Product Manager Paper at Hylte Mill. Are you the right person for us?
In the role as Production Manager you will be our manager for the paper mill. As a manager you need to have an open and transparent leadership and ability to create a work environment where a winning culture, safety, performance, innovation and continuous improvements are in focus.
Your responsibility will be planning, coordinating and controlling manufacturing processes and ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed. You are responsible for the fixed and variable costs and you ensure that the action plan for area of responsibility is established, followed and that targets are achieved. On a daily basis you have a strategic focus as well as an analytical and energetic vision. You will have the oversight but when needed you also focus on the details.
As a Production Manager you will be an important and strategic member of a committed and involved management team and report to the mill manager. You will be a leader for subordinate managers and provide them with opportunities so that they can contribute and perform their best. The area of responsibility includes approximately 150 employees.
Location is at Hylte Mill in Hyltebruk.
Qualifications
For this position we seek an ambitious and customer minded colleague who have excellent leadership skills and a drive to succeed in an international business environment. We are looking for an experienced leader with great team working skills and a result oriented mindset.
To succeed in this role we believe that you have a Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, business economics or similar business experience. Experience from process industry and great technical understanding will be considered an advantage. As a person you have strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to deliver result and translate customer needs to product & service value proposition.
Fluent Swedish and English both written and spoken are needed and you have strong communication and presentation skills. Likewise high proficiency in MS Office, financial software and other analytical tools will be considered an advantage.
