Job description
Are you looking for a new challenge in a global company that encourages you to develop as a leader? We are looking for a production manager who is passionate about telecom and who thrives on seeing others reach their full potential.
You will be responsible for our cable production facility in Falun, Sweden, which employs 250 people and has four production processes. Your focus will be on productivity and cost efficiency as well as security, quality and production times. You will also be responsible for implementing Lean production as a way of working and address our long and short-term goals to adapt our enterprise to meet the future demands of our customers.
Competence
You take a great interest in people and thrive on coaching others. You have the ability to motivate your employees and are good at following up on their work tasks to guarantee results. You also have the desire to drive change and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You should also have
a Master's degree in either Engineering, Economics, or relevant technical area
experience in manufacturing management
good written and spoken English and Swedish.
Experience in change leadership and knowledge of, or experience with, Lean production is desirable.
