hela Sverige On behalf of our customer, that is a modern 3D studio working for the office lease sector, we are looking for a production manager. In this role you will help to to enhance their workflows and make sure that obligations towards their clients are fulfilled in top-class quality and according to schedule.
What you will do:
• Driving projects from zero to one. You will be in charge of taking projects from the initial stage to delivery, from concept design to final adjustments.
• Building stories. Together with the team, you will build a story that will flow through each individual project. No idea is off the table!
• Managing deadlines. Do you love setting deadlines and making sure they are fulfilled? We truly hope you do!
• Dealing with clients. You will be frequently in touch with our clients, guiding them through the creative production process and making sure that the final result makes a smile on their face :)
• Improving our workflows. You will be THE person in charge of our workflows, adjusting them dynamically in alignment with current situation and needs.

What we require:
• 3-5 years of work experience as a project or production manager
• Must speak Swedish and English fluently
• Strong communication skills
• Great time management, ability to handle tight deadlines and pressure well.
• Well acquainted with photography and/or visualizations, good eye for composition
• Team player
• Eligibility to work in the EU
