Great, because we're now on the hunt for a new Production Manager/Coordinator to join Mynewsdesk Content's film team!
We produce everything from commercials and client cases to corporate films and still photography for our customers. The role as a Production Manager/Coordinator is central in our productions. The person we are looking for will have overall responsibility for the productions, from the beginning to the end. We are looking for someone who is a team player as you will be working closely with our photographer and editor. Business trips may occur.
Mynewsdesk Content is an in-house agency that has been creating strong and engaging content for our clients for digital, social, and print media since 2015. We help our clients with content strategies as well as film, photo, and text production.
Main responsibilities:
• Project management: ensuring deadlines and schedules, prioritizing the different elements of the productions, problem-solving, and administration.
• Client contact
• Developing scripts and content with the rest of the film team
• Organizing video-shoots
• Budget
• Participating in pitches to win potential new projects
• Creative brainstorming
Skills required:
• At least two years experience as a Production Manager/Coordinator for video production
• Self-driven
• Service-minded and comfortable with client contact
• Curious and able to quickly understand and meet the customer's wishes
• Natural organizer, problem solver, and the ability to see an opportunity in every detail
• Excellent writing skills in both Swedish and English
Desirable skills:
• Relevant education
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Administration skills
