hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2015-01-14ArbetsuppgifterFor our client, Umicore in Karlskoga, we are now looking for a Production Manager.
You manage the production and maintenance of the AC Karlskoga plant in line with budget and legislation prescriptions. You head a team of up to 30 people and report to the Managing Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You are in charge of the organization and co-ordination of all operational aspects of the production.
• You follow up the process, assure the production rates and correct if necessary.
• You are in charge of the operational budget, to follow up and optimise manufacturing costs and stipulated goals. You supervise and optimize the precious metal balance.
• You are responsible for all EHS related issues of the production process and for the fulfilment of present laws & regulations.
• You secure the internal rules for Industrial Safety, Quality Standards as ISO/TS 16949 as well as the Management System ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, Concessions and Responsible Care.
• You keep up-to-date with product and process development located in Rheinfelden and ensure successful implementation of improved product and processing techniques.
• You are in charge of the installations, ensure that the outer parts are technically in good condition and safe. You install an adequate maintenance program and keep up-to-date with changing technology.
• You give input, make proposals and launch new investment requests, working closely together with the engineering services. You are responsible for the implementation of the improvement programs.
• You work closely together with other AC departments outside of Sweden in order to optimise products, processes and quality.
• You lead and coach your team. You promote on a daily base a good social climate and are responsible for people, training & development and hiring. You promote and are responsible for the respect of cleanliness, efficiency and discipline on the work floor.
• You report and relate to GM on all production, equipment, maintenance and personnel issues.
• You are a member of the Management Team at the plant.
Profil• You have a technical degree and knowledge in chemistry.
• You have at least 5 years of experience preferable within the area of production technology.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You are well organized, with a systematic approach, and able to adapt to changing demands.
• You are decisive in problem solving.
• You are a team player, committed to results.
• You are enthusiastic and an excellent people manager.
