We are looking for a person who is structured and can manage our in house production and packing for sport events.
We produce starter packages for athletes of our events with transponders, start numbers and other content on demand
and in time.
est mika:timing is a leading supplier within registration, timing, and result services for big and small sport events within
running, biking, skiing, triathlon, ocr, and more. With customers like Göteborgsvarvet, Vasaloppet, Stockholm Marathon,
Berlin Marathon, och European IRONMAN series, est together with our mother company in Germany, mika timing, is one of
Europe?s largest players on the market.
You will be responsible for these areas
• Staff recruiting of part time workers (incl. contracts, interviews, education)
• Manage schedule for above staff, long- and short term planning
• Planning and preparing production/packing before events
• Ordering material for packing
• Responsible for all chip handling, incl. planning and ordering from supplier
• Some physical work handling production, pallets, etc.
• Develop our expo services on site for larger events
• Supplier contact and related administrative tasks
• Optimize efficiency and processes for the above!

You bring
• Relevant experience in using IT systems (e.g. booking, crm)
• At least 3-5 years in planning/logistics/event industry
• Experience in staff leadership and project management
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• The will to travel and work flexible hours beyond regular office hours and on weekends during peak season
