You will be part of ABB Swedewater ? Cooling Systems in Landskrona. This is a unit within ABB that sells, develops and manufactures cooling systems for various industrial and power transmission applications. The unit has around 90 employees and is a complete unit with responsibility for all functional areas. The unit sells their solutions both within ABB as well as to external customers around the world. Swedewater ? Cooling Systems reports into the Power Grids division, Business Unit High Voltage Products, Product Group High Voltage Components.

Seize the opportunity to become our Production Manager ? an operative and strategic position vital for our further growth. Joining our market-leading production unit, which delivers pure water cooling systems worldwide, you will get a wide range of responsibilities, including welding, assembly, testing, packaging, freight logistics and operative purchasing. You will also manage issues within our working environment and secure high quality and on-time delivery, all with the goal to make our production unit even more efficient. Operating at the center of events, you will also have staff responsibility, become a part of our management team and grow a wide network of both internal and external contacts.

You hold a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Engineering, with specialization in Production. To excel in this role, you need to have experience from serial production, production of customer specific machines or experience from similar roles. Adding to this, you need to have knowledge of LEAN and ERP systems. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, whereas additional languages are qualifying.

Your personal attributes are vital for success. As Production Manager, you need excellent leadership and communication skills. Equally important is your drive as well as a positive and innovative mindset.
