The right candidate will be responsibility for Gotmic MMIC production chain and start by learning our MMIC products and carry them to high volume production.
Part of the responsibility will include budget and personal as well. The job will require some traveling.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 - 10 years experience of bringing high frequency microwave products from development to volume products
• On-wafer chip testing experience would be a plus.
• Have the ability to carry dialogs and conversations with customers, designers and suppliers.
• Documented experience using Six Sigma or equivalent production and quality model is a plus.
• MSEE or equivalent relevant education is mandatory.
• Quality minded, self motivated and able to work with others.
The suitable candidate will be offered good wage and a stock option with Gotmic.
Gotmic AB designs and sells highly integrated chips, MMIC ( millimeter microwave integrated chips) with the main focus on customers
who produce microwave radio used in the telecom infrastructure.
Presently we focus on markets and applications on the E band and 60 GHz.
