Are you ready for the responsibility of leading one of the largest production units in Lund? If so, Production Manager for the Converting Factory might be the right challenge for you.
Tetra Pak Packaging Material (TPPM) manufactures fiber based packaging material for Tetra Pak's different filling machine systems. The production is divided into three main processes; printing, lamination and slitting. We work with constant improvement in accordance with the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) concept.
This position includes the overall responsibility for all production activities within the Converting Factory in Lund and you will report directly to the Factory Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Be in charge of production/resource planning for equipment utilization and shift systems
• Drive change and development through our WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Program
• Follow up occurred problems and improvement projects
• Provide coaching and support to Shift Managers and other stake holders.
• Be WCM Ambassador in the factory
• Define and agree KPI targets
• Monitor production performance and initiate improvement activities

You have the personal drive necessary to lead this large production unit and a high level of integrity, combined with a solid experience from previous Manager Positions. We also believe that you are a clear communicator that knows when to seek compromises as well as, when and where to draw the line. Finally we wish you to be a curious individual that constantly seeks improvement on all levels and activities.
You should have previous work experience as Production Manager, preferably from the process industry and continuous production. Experience from WCM, TPM or LEAN Manufacturing is a must and you should have a University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
