hela Sverige We are looking to help Paulig find a new Production Manager to the Mölndal production facility. They are looking for an experienced leader that is excited by new challenges and has a passion for driving change, finding improvements and making people grow. Working on building safe and efficient ways of working will be central for the role, along with keeping a focus on internal career steps and building a good workforce succession.
You will be based in Mölndal, Sweden and report to the Factory Manager. You will also be part of the factory leadership team and be responsible for the production along with in-house logistics together with three subordinated shift leaders.
Responsibilities
Keep the workplace safe and follow set processes at the production facility
Take ownership of all production activities, including planning and monitoring
Drive improvements, find problems and invest in new ways of working
Report and follow up on set KPIs
Collaborate with shift leaders, quality- and technical teams to make informed decisions
Ideal candidate
Several years of experience within the manufacturing industry and from lean production. A proven leadership track record, having worked with diverse groups in various sizes. You will also need:
Industrial Engineering at college level or several years of work experience within the manufacturing industry
Experience as a leader in operations management - skills in areas such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
Good communication skills and contributor to a healthy work environment
Knowledge in work environment and labour law
Fluent in Swedish and English
Employment
This is a consultancy, meaning you will be hired by OIO and work as a consultant for Paulig. The employment will be transferred to Paulig after a period of 9 months given that all parties ar satisfied with the collaboration.
