We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a :
Production Manager - Research
The research department is the core of Universum's business and conducts annual surveys among students in 30 countries around the world. Information from these surveys is turned into more than 1,000 client specific reports on the talent market. The research department also conducts tailored research and provides consulting services for a number of prestigious clients around the world.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be in charge of the whole production process from start to end, monitoring the local team in Stockholm as well as our external resources in Poland. It is important that you are comfortable with leading complicated research processes on a global level. You are confident in handling many tasks simultaneously while making sure that every step of the process is performed to the highest standard. It is important that you have a strong client-focus and business mind as well as a strong dedication to delivering with the highest quality.
Professional qualifications and experience
• 3+ years experience from the Market Research industry
• A few years experience from Project Management in a similar industry
• Leadership experience
• Proficiency in English, additional language skills are meriting.

Additional information
• While you will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm, some global traveling will be required.
• The remuneration is a combination of a fixed salary and a performance related bonus.
