Production Maintenance Manager-Saudi
Our client is currently seeking a Production Maintenance Manager.
We are searching for someone with Plant experience as a Manager.
Position Summary Directs the maintenance, reliability, machines and Equipment Park. Responsibilities include department budgeting, scheduling, training, safety, developing and implementing department policy, department level personnel issues, reliability strategy, and system administration.
Principal Accountabilities: 1. improving of work processes. 2. Maintaining of the quality control systems for the maintenance Department. 3. Establishing and implementing a full maintenance and preventive maintenance system for the department. 4. Ensure that repairs are carried out on time and competently. 5. Hand on solving of repairs. 6. Drive and manage the maintenance department in the installation of new machines and participate in commissioning 7. Control of Foreign Service orders and contracts. 8. Identify and investigate plant down times. 9. Organizing and structuring the spare part and control the inventory. 10. Optimizing of spare parts costs. 11. Safety of the repaired equipment. 12. Generating required reports for the top management. 13. Supervision of staff and ensure discipline. 14. Perform annual job appraisal. 15. Work on team motivation. 16. Establish training programs/modules. 17. Setting standards and times. 18. Establish benchmarking and key performance indicators (KPI). 19. Update and control maintenance program (ISCALA)
Job Complexity Maintain and promote process Safety; maintain good employee relations with personnel; ensure parts are ordered and inventoried prudently; manage department record keeping to ensure PM is being accomplished; justify and requisition assigned personnel; approve all requisitions and purchase orders for equipment for the maintenance and Utilities departments.
Experience; god leadership and management, precast factory maintenance experience, Elematic machine knowledge, B&M plant knowledge, Automation knowledge . Knowledge of inverters and drives.
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s Degree Eng. in Electrical Engineering or Bachelors of Eng. Machine Automation or related field.
Education desired: BS, ME or equivalent
Years of relevant experience of management: 2 years minimum
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Boilers, compressors, Chillers, 100+ overhead cranes
Strong verbal English and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
