PRODUCTION LEADER

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Will be responsible for and develope the practical part of our production:
• Planning and fullfilling daily production tasks
• Training and develope of production staff (15 employees)
• Focus on Safety
• Follw up KPI
• Be support for Quality department
Qualifications:
• Higher education within food processing or related
• Experience from food industry, (can compensate for demand of higher education)
• Experience in managing people (preferably in production environment)
• Language: Swedish and English fluently - as a must
• Good understanding of production
Personal characteristics:
• "Self-going" with high working capacity
• Ability to create good relationships and trust
• Systematic and disciplined, working smart and long-term
• Great learning willingness and keen to stay up to date in the field
Other:
• Some travelling will have to be expexted within Europe.
