Tuve plant is a complete assembly plant for heavy-duty Volvo trucks with a total of 1700 employees. We are now looking for new motivated Production Leaders to our assembly line that are willing to be a part and contribute in our journey to become and consolidate our position as an world class assembly plant. As a production leader you will be responsible to inspire, engage and develop approximately 30 co-workers to build the best Truck in the world!
Tuve plant has in recent years undergone a transformation to become a more modernized plant where new technologies and innovations have been the primary focus. We also increased our production capacity last year due to an implementation of an evening shift. Everything we do have starting pint in LEAN philosophy. In our mind set it is always of great importance to review everything we do in order to become smarter, leaner and more effective.
As a production leader, you have a very important role in this and are driving the work with improving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. We seek persons who can organize, lead, and most importantly, motivate, engage and develop team members to always improve and reach the area's targets. An essential part of your work will be to actively and independently work with developing and motivating your organization.
In your work you will also actively drive the cross-functional work with your partners. You will be expected to take own initiatives and to have a strong desire to work for change and improvement. We also expect you to be a role model within your organization and to have a passion for lean manufacturing.

• Proficiency in Swedish and English
