10 Chambers is a fully funded scale-up game studio backed by Tencent and based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are an ambitious, creative, and collaborative team with a lifelong love for games.
We are continuing the development of our first game GTFO and are also working on our next project, a cooperative heist FPS in a techno-thriller setting. Originated and directed by Ulf Andersson, the game designer of Payday 1 & 2.
We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to join us. As a Production Lead at 10 Chambers, you are the structural and communicative glue between the teams in one or more departments, working closely with the company directors and product owners, monitoring and following up on the production planning at a daily basis.
More specifically you will:
Support the Team Lead in providing best practices and guidelines for the Production team.
Ensure that all processes and tools are in place for the production team to thrive.
Establish and implement Production methodologies and structures for the project together with Development Director.
Utilise Development tools to closely monitor and follow up on production progress, highlighting risks before they become problems, and sharing production data overview reports on status to leadership that forecast the road ahead.
Coordinate with Delivery on the status of Production, ensuring there is a strong cooperation and communication - ensuring they're a strong part of the process
Work closely with the Development Director and Team Lead to continuously evolve our production methods and toolset by finding the best balance between known best practice and creative solutions, finding what works best for our specific needs.
Drive the daily cooperation and communication within your assigned product teams and across dependent teams in the project.
Work with discipline leads to managing the scope and capacity of the team throughout the project life cycle, ensuring the quality of deliverables whilst maintaining team health.
Run/manage various initiatives across the project and studio as directed, to help improve and evolve the development and studio environment for all

Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of project management experience in game development and releasing games for PC & Console
• Great understanding of game production lifecycles
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and exceedingly resourceful
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
• Understanding the need for sensitivity/diplomacy in creative and dynamic projects
• Excellent English, both written and verbal (Swedish is not a requirement)
