This role is within our Global Online Experience team, which is using digital technologies to reinvent the experience of becoming a Volvo customer. There's no reason the experience of buying a car should be painful and difficult - it should be as enjoyable and exciting as actually having a new car. That is our mission.
What You'll do
You will be managing content in complex initiatives in early stages, during discovery phase and product development. Your responsibilities will include frequent communication, both technical and commercial, with stakeholders globally, regionally as well as internally.
You will support planning (resources and content) for teams that edit and publish content on volvocars.com and other platforms globally in collaboration with the agile teams set the guidelines and requirements on the editorial processes in the online digital landscape. Controlling and managing difficulties that arise in different projects during digital content editing related activities.
Stakeholder management - you will build a path for successful collaboration between Digital Publishing and our stakeholders (product teams, Marcom, Regions/Markets) at different levels. Improve and implement processes together with the team
You and your skills
You are experienced in working in an agile environment and a great team player contributing to define best practices as going forward. To succeed in this role, you need to have a minimum of 12 years of work experience in similar roles. Understand Digital Publishing challenges in a fast changing and growing business.
Proven experience within project management. Experience working with global rollouts. Excellent communication skills. Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced agile environment. Structured and have patience. Last but not least you are eager to learn new things.
