To suceed in this role you have excellent soft skills and the ability to motivate and coach individuals and teams. You probably bring a proven track record from working in highly creative and complex environments.
You make sure to balance meaningful innovation with executing best practices, and you know when it's time to declare success or failure.
Example of responsibilities
• Supporting team members in decision making; help out where a sense of urgency needs to be taken into consideration.
• Supporting team members and dealing with uncertainty; knowing when to abandon an exploration and when to make new plans
• Work with team members to define and improve ways of working as well as facilitating day-to-day events
• Ensure communication and coordination of work internally and with external partners
• Ensure team productivity and focus
• Providing transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders
We would love if you have
• A creative and curious mind
• Strong drive and willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to move the project forward
• Experience from- and ability to provide clarity in a complex and uncertain environment
• Experience as Producer / Project Manager in software development projects, managing projects throughout its life cycle from idea to release/live service
• A pragmatic mindset and strong soft skills - ability to motivate and coach both individuals and teams and influencing and delivering without formal authority
• Extensive experience from agile development methods in a cross-functional team environment, preferably from a variation of settings and live environments
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Game development experience preferred
• An organized, detail oriented and self-motivated personality who thrives in a highly dynamic environment
