If this sounds like a challenge you're interested in, we're now looking for a Production Finance Executive to strengthen the team in our office in Stockholm.
The position
In this position, you will work at the very core of our business in close collaboration with the content team. It will be your job to financially assess the Non-scripted and International Scripted Original proposals, track costs and risk from project conception to end result, and ensure contractual terms are within company benchmarks. You will have multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, and together with the team provide insight and analysis to support content investment strategy driving business across all markets and platforms.
As Production Finance Executive, you will act as a close business partner to NENT's Content team as well as external stakeholders and report to Head of Production and Distribution Finance.
Your key responsibilities include:
Monitoring spend and cash flow on all International Scripted Originals' and Non Scripted Original commitments.
Prepare Non Scripted pre Greenlight finance insight for senior management and content stakeholders.
Ensure that all non-scripted Originals and International Scripted Originals' contractual deal terms are within company benchmarks and reflects deal terms submitted at approval.
Work closely with content, programming team and production teams to improve the content processes, databases, and structures.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.

The Production Finance team ensure that NENT can remain innovative and profitable, securing the rights to the content that excels and amplifies our platform and building trust with our partners by our knowledge within finance and sharing valuable insights. As NENT expands to new territories, the content at the platform grow, and you will play a key role to have a pragmatic approach to overcome new and exciting financial issues and support the business.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with great social skills since you will work in close collaboration with the commercial and content team, negotiating the best possible contractual deal terms. To succeed in this role, you are a financial professional with excellent analytical skills and experience working within the broadcast industry. You thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment where you're asked to understand the detail while keeping an eye on the horizon.
Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience within finance, mainly from the broadcast area
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills and high attention to details
Great team player who takes ownership
Ability to understand and interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization internally as well as externally
Relevant academic degree within finance, business or similar
Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:
Previous experience working with Non Scripted content
Interest in SVOD, AVOD, TV - movies and series and/or sports
