We are now looking for a senior Cloud Security Architect to work on ensuring the security posture of the production environment for development within Cloud RAN lives up to Ericsson's Information Security Requirements. In this role, you will ensure proper infrastructure security design and architecture for the cloud native development environment. You will be a key player by providing cloud native security expertise to DevOps teams with support, and solutions, to enable compliance with applicable internal /external security requirements, laws, regulations, and standards.
What you will do
Develop cloud native security best practices and solutions effective for securing the Cloud RAN production development environment both internally and from partner / suppliers.
Drive risk assessments jointly with internal infrastructure teams such as BNEW/SAN.
Proactively work to design the cloud native production environment to address regulatory requirements and other security frameworks requirements e.g., NCSC UK, NIST etc.
Actively and reactively ensure availability of cloud native security information, support, and expertise.
Document and review current and future security architecture for securing the cloud infrastructure services.
Contribute to internal and external security assessments or audits.
You will bring
A master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other STEM majors.
One or more security certifications e.g., CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, GDSA etc.
Experience working on large-scale, cloud-based services (including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and an understanding of security challenges involved in deploying Cloud Applications and infrastructure services.
Relevant years of skill with which include solution architecture work to identify technical vulnerabilities and possible mitigations to them.
Analytical skills with an understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and cloud native security principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with good collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements:
Communication and people skills, as the role involves extensive interaction with internal teams and external partners.
Experience with industry security frameworks such as e.g., ISO27002, NIST Zero Trust Architecture etc.
