This position reports to: IPU Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors, production operators, and Production Technicians to support and develop the production. While they focus on daily operations and immediate challenges, you will take ownership of identifying, developing, and implementing improvements that strengthen production performance over time.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Develop and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, including continuous balancing of production lines.
Identify and solve production-related challenges using creative and effective solutions based on data analysis and performance trends.
Lead and support improvement initiatives by managing projects focused on workflow optimization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Monitor and analyze production data to uncover improvement opportunities and drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications for the Role
You have an Engineering Degree or another relevant Academic Background.
You are a self-motivated individual who takes initiative in solving problems.
You are a driven and analytical person who understands complex relationships, takes initiative, and makes well-informed decisions to solve problems effectively.
We appreciate experience from working in production or working with processes, where you've gained a practical understanding of how things connect and flow.
Fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken
Positive and proactive mindset, collaborative, clear in communication and result oriented personality that enjoy solving problems
Lean Six Sigma Green belt is beneficial
