Our Mission is to sell, develop and deliver products and solutions enabling our customers to succeed in the Telecom and Energy distribution business.
Ericsson Supply Site Hudiksvall is responsible for production of telecom cables, fiber optic cables and copper cables. We also produce products for fiber access solutions.
The main responsibility and also the challenge for the Production Engineer is to have the total overview of the products and the machinery in the production flow in order to secure that the production flow reaches the goals for Quality, Delivery and Efficiency.
Other responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement cost efficient, ergonomic and safe Production processes.
• Drive improvement activities in order to standardize and secure relevant documentation and SW applications to make predictable production processes.
• Analyze production, laboratory and design solutions and suggest possible improvements to product or production process.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant production related area
• Experience from Lean production
• Experience from working with Six Sigma, preferably certified with Black Belt
• Experience from working with change and change processes
The successful candidate is used to working with change and has a structured and analytical approach. The ability to cooperate well with others and to lead and drive change is important in this role. It is an advantage if you have experience from project management. We assume that you are fluent in Swedish and that you have good communication skills in English.
