Senseair actively works with two of the most challenging problems in society today: reliable alcohol screening and poor air quality.
Every year alcohol is responsible for the death of 2.5 million people around the world. Besides this a great number of injuries and trauma are left out of the statistics. Senseairs alcohol screening device is developed together with a group of leading automobile manufacturers and the US government to develop next generations "invisible" and better accepted technology for the discovery of alcohol in vehicles.
The invisible gas carbon dioxide doesn't only affect our environment and the Earths' atmosphere - our modern-day lifestyle entails spending around 92% of our lives indoors which in turn increases the importance of good air quality for our ability to work and act. You can find Senseair's air measurement solutions in buildings, vehicles, environmental stations, medical applications, life boats, factories, mines etc.
In April 2018, Asahi Kasei Group Company bought the company and has chosen to invest in the Swedish business. Today about 170 employees work nationally within the company distributed over Delsbo, Kista and Västerås. Internationally Senseair can be found in Chengdu, Chicago and Dusseldorf.

As a production engineer, you work with the construction of new production lines. You work with streamlining the production processes by analysing, improving and measuring the effects. You will be a part of the chain from construction to the complete product. The work entails the ability to implement new production technologies to improve the future production and ensure a more future-proof platform.
Together with the production staff and production manager, you will develop the production methodology. You will contribute and/or be responsible for investment projects from start to finish. The role offers many possibilities for personal development.
There are critical elements associated with goal orientation and seeing the whole picture, both within system and hardware. The work is in project form, where two projects can run parallell to each other.
It is highly important that you are a person with global awareness and that you are able to gather enough information to create the product of the future. Furthermore, you will visit suppliers, conferences and network to ensure good long-term decisions for the company.
The role will require travel, both in Sweden and abroad (~once a month), depending on the project your in.
KvalifikationerCompetence and experience
• Education within production techniques or machine engineering
• Major interest for production
• Experience of production of electronics is meritorious
• Experience of project managing within production techniques in manufacturing industry is meritorious
• Knowledge in measurement techniques, statistics and automation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and verbal
To succeed in the role as production engineer you are structured, communicative and responsible. You are highly involved in your job and find the encounter with others exciting and developing. You like to use your creativity when solving problems and working towards design solutions that you believe in. About the assignment: This is a consultant assignment and you will be employed by Bravura, working as a consultant at Seneair. Both Bravuras and Senseairs goal is that you will be employed directly by Senseair in the future, providing that the collaboration and assignment went well.
