Description
Work Environment description:
Our team is located in Lund and is part of Supply Chain Capital Equipment organization which is responsible for Filling Machines and Distribution Equipment production within Tetra Pak. Our specific area of responsibility is Carton Bottle and Carton Gable Top Filling machine production. The team is made of 10 people well distributed in the office as well as at the production floor and both long time experience and young talent workforce are represented.
In this position we can offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and committed organization with high focus on quality and innovation in continuous touch with Development and Engineering (D&E) department, suppliers and in house production.
Your main tasks in the positions will be:
• Support in house and outsourced production in order to secure expected delivery time to the customer with highest quality (solving daily issues in partnership with suppliers and/or D&E)
• Lead the production manuals and test equipment updating process, to secure alignment between Engineering Changing Modifications and standard documentation/tools for in house and external production
• Develop and optimize assembly and final test methods.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects, following World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods and tools
• Participate in New Product Introductions (NPIs) and Product Life Cycle forums (PLC) to secure "partnership for design" between Production and Development.
Qualifications
In this position you will be required to:
• Technical Bachelor Degree (Master will be a plus)
• Mechanical and/or automation specialities
• Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
• Your Swedish skills are excellent, written as well as spoken
• Previous experience from a supply chain or production/test engineering position is a plus.
Your communication skills are strong to daily interact and cooperate with suppliers, technicians and engineers. Innovative and structured mind will be essential to often find new solutions and improvements. Of course, you also enjoy team work.
