CBS (Customized Bioprocess solution) is an organization within Life Sciences delivering customized bioprocess hardware. We have a matrix organisation where each customer order becomes a project with resources from project management, system design, detailed design, manufacturing transfer, sourcing and verification.Internally we are working together with R&D, After Sales, Supply Chain and Product marketing to utilize the full strength of Life Sciences organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to be a project member with responsibility for ordering of material and logistic planning for the project. The work includes preparation of product structures for procurement, production planning, procurement and logistic follow up of material. The production engineer is also responsible for products and services associated with manufacturing, testing and delivery of products from Customized BioProcess Solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Procurement and logistic follow up of material
Production coordination of products all the way from design to delivered product including documentation to customer
Price, leadtime and delivery information for components and products
Preparation for financial closing of articles and projects
Quality, price and lead time information per article in Oracle
Preparation of product structures for procurement
Improvement proposals for ways of working
Requesting quotations for components, products and manufacturing activities
Checking and processing documentation from design, production preparation
Registration of articles in Magic and Oracle
Preparation of purchasing specifications
Handling of change orders in production
Non matched invoice handling and resolution
Inventory estimates
Participate in physical inventory and reporting
Participate in resolution of manufacturing issues at suppliers

Engineer (Swedish level of "Gymnasieingenjör" or "högskoleingenjör") in engineering or similar knowledge from working experience
English, both written and spoken
GMP knowledge
Experience from from production or design work of products for the Biopharmaceutical industry.
