The production engineer role is to lead the production phase of products from Customized BioProcess Solution. As production engineer you will be responsible for the planning, preparation and ordering of material, products and services associated with the manufacturing and delivery. Including acitivities associated with warehouseing of components, physical inventory and pricing of components and and maintenance of article data in ERP and PDM-systems.
Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will be part of the Manufacturing and Mechanical Design section within CBS and report to the section manager.
Examples of what is in scope when assigned to a project:
Planning of the production.
Preparation of production for products.
Procurement and logistic follow up of material.
Production coordination of products all the way from design to delivered product and documentation to customer.
Price, lead time and delivery information for components and products
Preparation for financial closing of articles and projects
The goal is to deliver products according to specifications within budget and time plans and to an optimum cost.
Key responsibilities:
Planning and follow up of products in production.
Quality of the price and delivery time information per article in Oracle
Preparation of product structures for procurement
Improvement proposals for ways of working

Qualifications:
B.Sc degree with relevant technical engineering or equivalent experience from responsible for all manufacturing activities being preformed and reported to the Project Manager
At least 5 years relevant experience required, for example in Oracle system or other equal EPR systems
Experience working with external subcontractors
Good knowledge in English, written and spoken
Experience from production or design work of products for the Biopharmaceutical industry
GMP knowledge
EU work permit
