We will now expand our team with a Production Engineer.
Your Role
Performing daily tasks involves developing and designing comprehensive solutions that address diverse technical requirements across multiple disciplines, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and chemical aspects. The primary focus is ensuring manufacturability, ease of assembly, and maintainability. This necessitates the effective balancing and integration of the varied needs of stakeholders, with a willingness to propose well-considered compromises when necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. A key aspect of the daily routine is constantly exploring innovative problem-solving approaches, aiming to identify and implement improvements throughout the entire development process-from conceptualization and prototyping to validation. This dynamic approach ensures a continuous evolution of methodologies and strategies, contributing to the long-term advancement of the projects and objectives at hand.
Specifically, as a Production Engineer at DREV, you will play a key role in establishing our production processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers, learn industry best practices, and contribute to optimizing our manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
Engineering education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of two years experience in production engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control principles.
