Role Summary/Purpose
• Run improvements in accordance with LEAN / Six Sigma.
• Layout work within the factory.
• Technical Investigation and participation in product care matters.
• Solve technical problems regarding production.
Investigate and initiate investments, for example fixtures.
• Maintenance/ Create new methods/processes, such as production documentation and operation indexes.
Essential Responsibilities
• Responsibility for documentation and production processes in the factory and NPI(New product introduction).
Investigations of Nonconformance.
• Run improvement work that supports the company's productivity goals and in accordance with LEAN / Six Sigma.
• Order fixtures and necessary production equipment.
• Establish ECR/ECO (engineering change request/order) requests for QA, QC and the R&D department.
• Investigate CSSx commissions (customer complaints).
• Initiate new instruments in production, in co-operation with other functions.
• Initiate, analyze and manage LEAN projects in co-operation with other functions.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Experience from Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
