As a Production engineer you will work a lot with data analysis of our products and you will substitute your group manager in his absence, you'll be responsible for planning and distributing work and coordinating production. Together with your manager you will make sure that your team is a success!
Your role:
Responsibility for supplies purchase
Making sure that all necessary consumables are on site
Work continuously on work-environment, health & safety
Lead and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies regarding productivity, process, and product quality
You will collaborate a lot with our supply chain management team, technique & quality department, operations
Participate in project work
Analyzing data, making right conclusions
To complete Degerfors Operations' ongoing plan by developing and motivating employees so that set goals are reached
About you:
You have Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, chemical industrial economy etc.)
Previous experience of working in similar role and/or project management is an advantage
Good analytical skills and willingness to learn
Good knowledge in MS office package
You are fully fluent in Swedish and have good English language skills
